Philadelphia, PA -- (ReleaseWire) -- 05/02/2018 -- Even though summer means children no longer have to go to school, that doesn't mean learning should stop. Philadelphia Insectarium and Butterfly Pavilion (IBP) now has availability open for their 2018 summer camps. Parents of children who like exotic insects, butterflies, and more, can rest assured knowing their child will be having the time of their life and learning a wealth of information at this camp. To register, visit the website of Philadelphia's newest science museum, IBP.

During summer camp at IBP, campers have the opportunity to get up close and have a personal experience caring for some of the most exotic creatures in the world. The memories children create during their time at camp will be ones that last a lifetime. This summer camp isn't all just about learning either. Campers will get to build tarantula homes, restore green spaces, play eco-games, and have a deeper appreciation for the natural world.

Sessions for this summer camp program in Philadelphia run Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. There is a half-day option available which ends at 1 p.m. Parents of campers will be pleased to know that breakfast and snacks are given each day to ensure children are nourished throughout the day. Throughout the course of the weeks, each camper will complete the Junior Entomologist Program and earn a free pass to the Philadelphia Insectarium and Butterfly Pavilion (IBP) the next year.

To learn more about pricing and session availability, visit the museum's website at https://www.phillybutterflypavilion.com/ or call 215-335-9500.
